Returns:
We do except returns for our items, except where noted. Instructions will be included with your order. China / Glass / Collectables have a tamper proof signed sticker attached. This sticker must be intact to receive any refund. 10% items are not eligble for returns. Clothing & Décor items may also be returned as long as all lables / tags are intact. Panties and bikini bottoms may not be returned for any reason, if they have been tried on or worn.

Shipping:
We use the US Post Office as our primary shipper, but may use others as the situation warrants. Except where noted, we charge a flat rate of $ 8.49 per order. Whether it is 1 piece or 10, it is still $ 8.49

Sales Tax:
We collect Pinellas County, Florida sales tax (7%) for all orders in the state of Florida.
